He exemplifies and leads his team with the highest standards. A great team, is only as great as the leadership they operate under, set for their employees to operate under and deliver to their customers. He pays very close attention to detail, he is patient, thorough, very knowledgeable and again, specifically meets the needs and expectations of his customers. Mark Salinas, and his organization are worth far more than 5 stars in my book. Mark takes great pride in his service and workmanship. I was referred to Mark by Ms. Kathy and Anitra at Katy Lake RV Resort, of Katy TX within a 24 hour notice, crazy right. :) That's what makes this "epic" experience more amazing and worthy of sharing on this platform. I'm brand new to this RV living, and have a lot of questions, and I can not thank both of these organization enough. Truly! I am beyond greatful! I have pretty high standards, due to the profession I have been accustomed to. So when seeking industry specific services I consider and evaluate a multitude of factors. "Customer Service" is probably #1 or #2 besides "Quality" when seeking an level of service. Great company! They sent out a really friendly technician. He was very helpful and very informative. Super clean in his work. We had him come out and repair our toilet on our pre owned rv and he talked us threw the least expensive way to move forward and fixing it. And I called another company before them but couldn't come out to where the rv was. That wasn't a problem with these guys. Define total use this company again!

I will only let mobile rv tex of Houston work on my 5th wheel. I had a number of things done to my rv and they did each and every item to perfection and in a timely manner. They kept the area in and around my rv clean. The people they had working on my rv was always respectful of me and my pets. They wanted me to be happy with the outcome. I have to point out tommy who went over and beyond for me. Nikki was very helpful in giving me my estimate and staying on top of things and of course Marc who can take pride in the people he hired and the work they do. Its hard to find honest people who take pride in the work. I don't believe you could go wrong hiring them for your next job.

Mobile RV Tex of Houston is the best. We highly recommend them to all RV Owners.
My husband and I are victims of the April 2016 floods, we lost our house, 2 cars and 5th wheel RV. Our RV’s entire basement was under 3+ ft of water for several days. Marc picked up our RV from our home. When the work commenced, they worked on it non-stop for weeks. They did an excellent job. They went above and beyond my expectations. Marc was so kind to deliver our RV back to our, soon to be rebuilt, home (since we no longer have a vehicle to pull the RV). Getting our RV back is a tiny piece of home and normality. We use to camp every month with camping groups. Will definitely refer them to our friends. Thank you.
